How long does shipping take for SOFABED orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom upholstery or made-to-order models, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production and delivery.
Do I need to assemble the sofa bed myself?
Most of our models arrive partially assembled for safety during transit. We provide comprehensive digital instructions and all necessary tools. We also offer a 'White Glove' assembly service in select metropolitan areas.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund minus a flat-rate return shipping fee, provided the item is in its original condition.
Are the sofa bed mattresses suitable for daily use?
Absolutely. Our sofa beds are engineered with high-density memory foam or pocket-coil systems designed to provide the same level of support as a traditional mattress, making them perfect for nightly use.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every SOFABED comes with a 5-year limited warranty on the internal frame and folding mechanism, and a 1-year warranty on the fabric and cushioning.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
Yes, we encourage it! You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our website to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home decor.
