At SOFABED, we want you to love your new furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a processing fee waiver.

Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for curbside collection.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
